Terms of Use

MEF Educational Bridge ("we") is a company based in Karachi, Pakistan. We connect teachers, schools and parents. We are not a school, an employer or a tuition agency, and we are not a party to any job, tuition or admission agreement made through the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Each account has one role: teacher, school or parent. A school account must be run by someone allowed to act for that school.
• Give true and current information, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything done from your account.
• Keep your sign-in details private. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Teachers and schools can ask to be verified by uploading documents. Our team checks that the documents look genuine and match the profile. A Verified badge means we completed this check. It is not a guarantee of anyone's character, skills or conduct.

Parents and schools should still make their own checks, such as meeting first, asking for references, and agreeing terms in writing. Never share bank details or pay money before you are sure.

Uploading false, edited or someone else's documents is not allowed. We may remove the badge, suspend the account and, where the law requires, report it.

Do not:

• Post false information, fake jobs or fake profiles.
• Harass, threaten or insult anyone, or send content that is sexual, hateful or illegal.
• Send spam, bulk messages or advertising through inquiries or applications.
• Ask for or collect other users' details for any purpose other than the inquiry or job at hand.
• Use the platform to charge teachers fees for jobs, or to recruit for anything other than real teaching work.
• Copy profiles or listings in bulk, or try to break or overload the site.

• Phone numbers are shared only when an inquiry is accepted or a school shortlists a teacher. Use them only for that inquiry or job.
• Schools are responsible for their job posts and their hiring decisions. Teachers are responsible for the information in their applications.
• Any agreement about salary, fees, timings or admission is between you and the other user.

You own what you post. You allow us to store it and show it on the platform as described in our Privacy Policy, for as long as it is on the platform.

We may remove content, remove a Verified badge, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We are not responsible for what users say or do, for agreements between users, or for losses that come from using the platform, as far as the law allows.

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or on the site if a change is significant. If you keep using the platform after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts in Karachi.
